I spend a lot of time sharing new pages I’ve made with the intent of sharing on the internet, but now it’s time to share some of my personal pages. This first batch is a group of pages which have not yet been finished. These are just some backgrounds I’ve started.
This particular page was gessoed then sprayed with umpteen thousand layers of Dylusions Ink Sprays and multiple stencils.
This page was, again made with Dylusions Ink Sprays over gesso, then a layer of India Ink was dripped from the top down, then I flipped the book over and repeated the process. Then I used a harlequin rubber stamp in my hand from Viva Las Vegas Stamps (www.stampo.com) with a silver Colorbox inkpad.
Can you tell that I went through a huge Dylusions phase? I love the vibrant colors! This page was made using Dylusions Ink Sprays, a Stampabilities text stamp with Distress Ink, and a ton of Tim Holtz Stamper’s Anonyous stamps, and an adorable quilled peacock made by a friend’s daughter. It’s gotten a bit smashed but I still love it!
Hope you like the colors and get some inspiration from these pages! I adore Dylusions because of the gorgeous colors and the awesome reactions with water! Go get some! Now! Bubblegum Pink, Vibrant Turquoise, Crushed Grape, London Blue, Fresh Lime, Squeezed Orange, and Pure Sunshine are my favorite colors!
