This video contains not one, but TWO art journal pages and I went CRAZY on these two pages. With all the texture on these pages, they’re thicker than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! I used a ton of Lumiere paint, collage, aluminum tape, and so much more!
The ABC’s of Art Journaling are over, but my art journaling days are FAR from over! On this page, I used some Tim Holtz embossing folders (from a friend-THANK YOU, ELIZABETH!), Stiffen Stuff, Acrylic Paint, and various embellishments.
I haven’t had much time to craft or make art lately, so what little time I do have is a real joy and I’m happy to share it with you all! Hope you enjoy.
Here’s the final journal flip for my ABC’s of Art Journaling journal. There were a lot of “journals” in that sentence! And with that, I now retire my ABC’s of Art Journaling series. Wonder what I’ll do next still…
I’ve had a few people ask me how I have my desk set up to easily record crafting videos and I figured a video would be the easiest way to explain this. I’ve also shown which program I use to edit my videos (Cyberlink PowerDirector-Version 11 Ultimate).
Please note: I film my videos upside down and flip them right-side up in my video editing program.
Another Mixed Media Index Card a Day or ICAD video is here! In this one, I use acrylic paint, Archival Ink, stamping, and collage to create this ICAD.
***NOTE: The comment is not intended to inflame anyone, but it’s a comment about my own anger at not having lost any weight recently. I’m projecting my anger on this beautiful skinny model. It’s tongue-in-cheek, so please understand that I am not a thinist aka someone who hates thin people. I’ve known many thin people who were decent people and I’ve seen them eat, too! 🙂
